Colwall Rotary takes part in the annual Stroke Awareness campaign by organising the professionals to take blood pressures.

Colwall Rotary responded by raising funds to send Shelterboxes (a worldwide Rotary Charity) to provide temporary accommodation for the victims

One of the objects of Rotary is to foster international understanding through visits and meetings with groups from overseas and other Rotary Clubs. In April 2011 the club visited the Rotary Club of Berlin Unter den Linden in Berlin.

In The Community


Community Activity Colwall Rotary Club is involved in many activities in the Community over a typical year. Our activities range from major things like Colwall Fun Day to smaller events such as running Stroke Awareness days as part of a larger national campaign (see photos below). We raise money for various local and international charities, such as Acorns, St Michaels and St Richards Hospices and Water Aid. During the current Rotary year (July to June) we have donated over £3000.
